#L Dobson2012-11-28 21:21We manage our own SMSF. Both members have commenced a pension this financial year. We received the standard form from Centrelink regarding what pension we would be paying from the Fund this financial year for each member. We receive a small part pension through Centrelink. We duly completed the form and sent it back. Our question is as shares and managed fund units fluctuate daily and we have a large proportion of funds invested in that group, and it fluctuates on a daily basis above or below $1000, do we have to advise Centrelink? We keep getting a yes from our local Centrelink office, but I cannot see people who are in Private Superannuation or Employee related Super Funds, sending off daily statements received from their Funds for thousands of people. It would be an administrative nightmare for Centrelink to cope with.
