Disclosure The ASA may disclose your personal information on a confidential basis to our contracted mailing and print service providers for the purpose of sending you the monthly journal Equity, the ASA annual report and other ASA related communication such as conference invitations, research surveys and education offers. The ASA does not disclose your information to any other third party except as may be required by law, or to the extent permitted by each member. Accuracy and Security We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
