provide full access to the member’s only section of the ASA website and to provide information and support services.

pages visited, and selected information for statistical purposes only.
The personal information you provide enables the ASA to process your membership application, send you our
monthly journal Equity, our annual report, company related and general emails, advise you of education seminars
and meetings, offer you discounts and other membership benefits, respond to your enquiries, requests and
complaints and contact you regarding your membership, when required.
Disclosure The ASA may disclose your personal information on a confidential basis to our contracted mailing and print service
providers for the purpose of sending you the monthly journal Equity, the ASA annual report and other ASA related
communication such as conference invitations, research surveys and education offers. The ASA does not disclose
your information to any other third party except as may be required by law, or to the extent permitted by each
member.
Accuracy and Security We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate,
complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, modification or
disclosure. Where appropriate, our website provides a secure environment by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
This establishes a session, and encrypts all traffic, between our web server and your browser.
