Description

FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS

Assessing whether a company is a good or bad investment starts with ‘bottom-up' fundamental analysis. Elio D'Amato, Lincoln's CEO, will explain what it is, and why you should apply this approach first in order to select superior, undervalued shares.

Fundamental analysis performs a detailed study on a company, including its financial health and growth prospects and Elio will show you how to assess company financials and market information when making those important portfolio management investment decisions.

Learn the difference between fundamental and technical analysis and how both approaches are utilised.

In this seminar you will cover:
        - earnings
        - expenses
        - dividends
        - assets and liabilities

The following documents contained in financial reports are a good start to your fundamental analysis of the company:
        - Income statement
        - Balance sheet
        - Statement of cash flows
        - Statement of recognised gains and losses
        - Statement of recognised income and expense

The company's financial reports may provide you with some of the following:
        - Financial Health ratios
        - Current Ratio
        - Current assets
        - Current liabilities
        - Price earnings
        - Earnings per share
        - Dividend yield

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This seminar is a must for the serious, long term investor that wishes to build a long lasting portfolio from the bottom up, using a sound investment strategy with proven disciplines in place.
