Using the website
I've lost my username / password
On the login screen, click the "Forgot password" option, enter your email address and submit the form. An email will be sent to you with a one-time link enabling you to login and change your password. This link expires after 4 hours and can only be used once.
Searching our website
You can use the search facility on our website to help find what you're looking for. Enter keywords in the search bar and your results will display. Please note that our search function cannot search the Listcorp feed, as this is an external feed. Our search function can only search the data we have uploaded on our website.
How do I make dates appear in Australian date format?
Your browser settings control how dates are displayed, in a similar way to how a browser controls what language pages are displayed in. When browser settings are adjusted to Australian date format, all dates showing on the ASA website will show in Australian date format.

How do I view voting intentions and AGM reports?

How do I save an online PDF file to my computer?
You will need a PDF file reader program installed on your computer. Adobe has a free reader available on their website.
Click the link or icon representing the PDF file or right-click on the link and select “Save link as…” to save the PDF file.

Is ASA funded by state or federal governments?
No, ASA receives no government funding. It is a fully independent, member-funded, not-for-profit organisation.
I have questions about my shares — can you help?
ASA cannot give specific advice about your shares but can provide information that may assist you. If you are a member, please consider accessing the online forum or discussing your issue at a local member meeting.
Membership
How can I join the ASA?
You can join online or call our national office on 1300 368 448 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
How much does membership cost?
We have a range of membership plans to choose from, including joint and family options. — review the choices.
How does joint/family membership work?
Each membership has a primary member, who makes payment and receives the tax invoice and renewal notice. All joint and family members have full access to all Green member benefits, with EQUITY emailed each month. They also have full member rights, including voting rights. Classic joint and family memberships receive one hard copy of EQUITY magazine posted to the primary member.
How long does it take to process my membership?
After your membership is processed, you will receive confirmation by email. Membership is immediate on payment being received. Your new member pack will arrive by email. If at any time you have questions about your membership, please call us on 1300 368 448.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership is valid for 12 or 24 months from the date you join, depending on what member category you choose. A renewal notice will be emailed or posted to you (or the primary member) when your subscription is due.
How do I change my membership plan?
You can review the range of membership plans at any time and elect to change your plan when your membership is due for renewal. If you would like to change your membership plan before renewal, please call the National Office.

Events
In which areas are ASA meetings held?
Search our member meetings to find meetings in your state. The search option at the top of the events list means you can look for (for example) the state or suburb where the event is located, speaker name, topic, month and more.
Can non-members come to ASA meetings or education workshops?
Yes. Non-members can attend our meetings for a nominal charge of $15 and non-member rates are available for all investor education seminars.
