She has received awards such as Deloitte’s Best Company to Work for in South Africa and the Ausactive Most Loved Company Award for 2023. Known for her exceptional leadership and passion for building thriving cultures, Elaine was named Fit Summit Executive of the Year in 2023.

Her commitment to happy people achieving exceptional results has kept Jetts at the top of Australia’s Best Place to Work list for the past eight years. She recently released a book on high performance through happy people and led a management buyout of Jetts Australia, driving its domestic and global expansion.
